When you purchase from Yooclass.com, you have to provide us with accurate information to create User account to access your purchased item(s). You may have the User login access within 7 days from the transaction day.

Yooclass username is your email address. You are responsible for any activity that occurs on your account, so make sure you have valid email and a strong password.

Your Yooclass account is your unique identity. Don’t let anyone else use your Yooclass account. Your Yooclass account gives you access to the purchased items and other functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. We may maintain different types of accounts for different types of Users. If you open a Yooclass account on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then (a) “you” includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement, and that you agree to this Agreement on the entity’s behalf.

You may never use another User’s account without permission.

You may request a refund when your User account is not accessible within 7 days from the transaction day, please refer to our refund policy.
